Sunday Slow Stretch

This 60-minute Slow Stretch Yoga class is accessible for all levels—beginners and those who “aren’t flexible” included! We’ll focus on slow movements with 3–5-breath holds to encourage healthy alignment and awareness. Expect gentle, low-impact asana and plenty of juicy stretches, ending with a refreshing five-minute savasana. Modifications will be offered, and we’ll have blocks, a strap, blanket, and bolster ready for you (though you’re welcome to bring your own mat and water bottle).

This class will only run if three or more people register in advance, so please reserve your spot now! Your teacher, Bailey, is an E-RYT 200 trained in Hatha/Raja yoga. She believes every body is unique and emphasizes inclusive, organic movement. With additional Trauma-Informed, Restorative Yoga, and Subtle Body certifications, Bailey discovered yoga after exploring dance, gymnastics, and track.

She now finds stillness through the breath–body connection and loves guiding new and returning students alike. Bailey teaches group and private sessions online and in-studio in West Texas, blending various yoga styles, aerial yoga, and Pilates in her own playful practice. She’s currently pursuing a Yoga Therapy certification, is insured, and is registered with Yoga Alliance.

Weekly on Sundays 4:00pm – 5:00pm
